How do I know which level fits me?
Choose the level that matches the role you’re in or the one you’re working toward. If you’re between two, pick the one that feels closest, and we can talk it through on our first call.

Are sessions virtual?
Yes. All sessions are held by video, so you can join from anywhere.

Can I start with one session?
Yes. Individual sessions are booked as you need them, and you decide when another session would help. You can move into a package anytime.

Do you help with interview prep?
Yes. Interview prep happens within your coaching sessions at your level’s rate, and package pricing applies.

Will you rewrite my resume or LinkedIn profile?
No. Resume / LinkedIn Only is a positioning review. We start with a 45-minute conversation about you, your career, and your goals. I then review both documents, and we meet for a 60-minute positioning session. You’ll receive written recommendations and make the edits yourself, so the final version stays in your voice.

What does email support include?
Package clients can email between sessions with questions, updates, or quick check-ins. I reply within 2 business days.

How long do I have to use my package sessions?
Packages are valid for 90 days from purchase. Unused sessions expire after that and aren’t refundable. If something major comes up, reach out. Extensions are available at the coach’s discretion.

What happens after my package ends?
You can book follow-on sessions at the package rate (15% off the individual session rate), or renew with another 4-session package at an additional discount of another 15% off the package rate.

Can you guarantee I’ll get the job?
No. Coaching is tailored to where you are and moves you toward your goals, but it can’t guarantee employment.

I’m thinking about semi-retirement or a bigger life shift. Is this for me?
Yes. Career coaching here covers more than the next role. It also covers what you want your work and life to look like next.

Do you offer reduced rates?
Yes. I keep a small number of Community Seats at $40 per session for people who are just starting out or need support at a lower cost due to financial hardship. To apply, fill out a short form telling me where you are and why a Community Seat fits right now. No documentation needed. If no spots are open, I’ll let you know when one becomes available.

What are your credentials?
I’m an Integral Certified Coach™ through New Ventures West and an ICF member with an ACC credential. I coach in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics. I sat in the seat of hiring manager for 28 years across retail roles ranging from in-store to merchandising to HR. In corporate, I served as a career coach for hundreds of professionals and have been professionally career coaching since 2025.

Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays confidential, including after we finish working together, unless the law requires disclosure or-you give written consent.

Do you use AI?
I may use AI tools for administrative support, such as session notes, language review, and brainstorming practices. Anything produced this way falls under the same confidentiality as the rest of our work. If you have concerns, just let me know.

Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is future-focused and assumes you’re a healthy, capable person ready to make a change. Therapy addresses mental health conditions and past experiences. If therapy would serve you better, I’m happy to say so.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a $30 fee at the coach’s discretion.

How do I pay?
Payment is due before each individual session, or before the first session for packages. I accept Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash, and Zelle. Payment details are included in your contract.

Can I stop coaching anytime?
Yes. Either of us can end the engagement with written notice. Completed sessions and unused package sessions are non-refundable.
